An Enchanting Evening with Dr Elst..

Yesterday evening, I spent several hours in an truly educative and wonderful discussion with Dr Koenraad Elst.

Dr Elst is a savant – in the truest sense of the word..We discussed a huge range of topics – from Ayodhya and Hindutva  to martial traditions in Buddhism, caste, scriptures, “Vedic Hinduism”, Islam, Infiltration from Bangladesh and thoughts on a Hindu identity…

Several hours into the evening, even as we approached midnight, it still felt as if we had just begun…Amitabh did a video recording of some parts of the discussion which I hope we will be able to upload soon..In the meantime, I am looking forward to Dr Elst’s talk and discussion on Sunday and more importantly, his comments on my slides/points on Hindutva and Liberalism – which I will be sharing with the audience tomorrow afternoon.. Stay tuned.

Very excited and looking forward to the excerpts of the Interview. Dr. Koenraad Elst is an authority on Indian History and a strong AIT myth buster. More about Dr and his works can be found here – http://koenraadelst.bharatvani.org/

It would be an intellectual feast to watch and understand the points of discussion. I would have preferred to be part of this discussion ( not that I will have any thing to add intellectually). It is better to be a servant of the Intellectual rather than the master of idiots.

    Dr. Ambekar.
