Yes. Let us all continue to live in our past glory. The question is not what Bihar was–rather what is it today and where will it be tomorrow? It is one of the most illiterate and lawless states in India, which along with all the other BIMARU states (the others being UP, MP and Rajasthan) scores the lowest on all developmental indicator. The writer should concentrate on the present–if the the present and future are lost, the past is also lost.

I agree with K. Haripriya with the word lawless and illiterate state.

Bihar is politically and social very volatile and dynamic. These are signs of internal mutinies. People are fighting back for a change. Things have improved over last many decades and now people have developed a taste for industrialization in recent years.

Its longer than mine but u forgotten “My son Guru Gobind was the tenth guru of sikh ” and there are countless achievements which can not forgotten But its really hurting that what is bihar today. Its a good news that Nitish Kumar government is trying its best to develop the state which was thrown back by 20 years in laloo gov.
We have to volunteer to do something for bihar rather than blaming or depending on Central or bihar gov.

Absolute ridiculus comments were made by Member of Parliament(Mumbai).Sanjay Nirupam.. by asking for congress party to give 55% seats to UP/Bihari people in Mumbai and Thane.
I think this Nirupam has lost all his senses.. All leading partys in Maharashtra should give election tickets only to Marathi people only.. or else.. Maharashtra will turn into BIHAR

    Jai hind Jai Maharashtra!
