Thank you for the message in Hindi Shantanu. The first I have received by email from any one. I will make it a point to use Hindi where possible in the future. Towards this end, I will aim to learn to type in Devnagari Script as soon as possible.

Prakash, Bharat, Indian and Suresh: Thanks for your thoughts and I hope all of you had a joyous and peaceful Deepavali.

For those of you who would like to “type” in Hindi using a standard keyboard, I would highly recommend “Baraha IME” software.

It is available for free although if you could make a modest donation, it helps the creators.

    The link is here: http://www.baraha.com/BarahaIME.htm

While it is “open” as a program, you can use it to type in multiple languages not just Hindi.

    Please try it.
