“Is there nothing to be proud about?” Hmmm… that reply could be an essay in itself.The harsh truth is that there still isn’t enough paani and bijli for everyone in Delhi. Of course there is much to be proud about, but the people are deluding themselves if they think India will be a superpower by 2020- that’s only 8 years away.
