जाड़े की एक सुबह…
सूरज से आँख मिचौली करते हुए पंछी…और सूर्य-किरणों से गर्माहट पाती हुई कुछ तितलियाँ…
उनमे से एक भोली सी, नन्ही सी तितली…
हौले से, चुपके से पास आई…
और पुछा: “इतने उदास क्यूँ हो?“
.
“राष्ट्र संकट में है…विनाशकारी शक्तियां बलवान हो रहीं हैं…
इस सुनहरी धुप में मैं आने वाले संकट की चिंता में डूबा हूँ…”
.
वह बोली..
“अपने आप को सम्हालो…जब आप नहीं रहोगे तो देश को क्या बचाओगे?
...अपने आप को सम्हालो…सामर्थ्य एकत्रित करो…
लोगों में आशा जगाओ ..उन्हें प्रेरित करो…
एकत्रित करो, संगठित करो…
पर स्वयं ही उदास रहोगे तो उत्साह कहाँ से लाओगे?
आगे बढ़ो…हम सब तुम्हारे साथ हैं…”

पक्षी भी चह चहाए:
“हम सब तुम्हारे साथ हैं…
क्या भूल गए…हिंद देश?!..
हम सभी एक हैं…भाषा अनेक हैं…भाषा अनेक हैं!”
.
मेरी बेटी बोली:
“तितली रानी: यह अनेक क्या है?”
.
तितली बोली…”एक चिड़िया की कहानी सुनी है?”
“नहीं?…तो सुनो…”
.

Dear Shantanu, you are a writer and poet of par excellence . Above all you are a human being of par excellence . The way you write , the words you use , the sentences you make , the style , the combination , the feel , the emotion , sentiments … I am fan of yours . Your mind runs faster than the fastest horse , you do what you think and every word you write speaks everything about you . Really this is very touchy , harmonoius and synchronised . It shows your love for the nation , the human being and above all the Nature .
Panktiyon kee shuruaat laajavab hein , bahut hee nirmal andaj mein kee hein , jahir hein kadaktee thand mein bhee pakshiyon evam vatavaran mein swachand vichran karne vale jeevon ke prati aap kitne sahridaya hein . Aage ki panktiyon mein aapne bhartiya jan manas par joo prahar kiya hein vah ek sachee hindustanee kee dil kee aawaz hein . Muzhe vyaktigat tour par heiranee hotee hein ki Bharat Sarkar ne videsh sewa se aap jaise sachee , emandar aur vafaadar deshbhakta ka esteefa sweekar kaisee kar liya , yeh nishchit hee khed ka vishay hein .
Aap Swayam ek Chintak Hein , Angrejee bhasha ke sath apka hindi bhasha par bhee saman adhikar hein . Aapki lekhanee mein ek adbhut chumbakiya shakti hein . Apke shabd janmanas mein samarthya ka sanchar karne ki shaktee rakhate hein . Bhartiya nagrik ke bator pratyek vyakti apne kartvya ka palan karein , anekta mein ekta kee mashaal lekar aao aage badhein – vinashkaree shaktiyon kaa dradhtaa se mookablaa karein – ek sath – sabke sath …

Whatever I am (and have been) able to do..is because of the prayers and well-wishes of friends like you.
