How best to memorialise these heroic sagas is our Soldiers Sacrifice and duty, whether the Government of India supports it or not. When Gandhiji was shot dead, soon thereafter a "Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi" was created by the Government of india, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Publications Division. I Was an Assistant Editor there. But I feel so bad that an ordinary soldier who risks and sacrifices his life for the country, no one thinks that a soldier does many times more than any politician does for the country. Let there be something even bigger to commemorate, and leave behind memories of sacrice and acts of bravery of our Jawans for the country's future generations, children and masses. I will be proud to lend my helping hand in such a project which will serve as a beaconlight and inspire our young and future generation to serve the country as bravely as their forfathers did.
