Hi Shantanu,

I know it’s been a long time that you left Indore but somethings you may not like to miss are:
- Bhutte ka Kees
- Vijay ki Patties (pronounced “ragda patees” in theth Indori accent)and Gulab Jaamuns
- Dal-Bafle (if system permits
- The affection and simplicity of its people
- The scent of malwa’s soil (it is lovely in rainy season)
