Apparently, when it becomes a training ground for Jihad.
Chinese authorities have…closed down 41 “illegal” places of worship (in the Muslim dominated Xinjiang province).
These places of worship were used as training ground for conducting a “holy war”, Chen Zhuangwei Chen, the police chief of Urumqi, capital of the Xinjiang province, said. Xinjiang, which borders central Asia and Pakistan, has been the scene of a pro-independence movement by a section of the eight million Uighurs living there for a long time. [ link ]
What about these Madarsas though? and what about the Deobandi madarsas where the Taleban were trained?

When is it okay? Well, either you must be a muslim or an iron handed commie….
Dear Sir,
If a place of worship is a den of criminal or anti country activity, it loses it right of existence and the laws of the land have to prevail.
In the US federal laws prevail and in a large number of cases Christian denominated dens of problems have been destroyed and families and children relocated.
When it comes to the point of security of a nation there is no religion. In this case it is no Madrasa it is a criminal den howsoever you may view it.
The chinese have not destroyed a MADRASA, but only a CRIMINAL DEN. Let us not give a religious flavour to a Criminal Act.

May I ask you, where is Islamic terrorism more visible? In Chine or India? Obviously India. Yet, in India we are yet to find a MADRASA with is a CRIMINAL DEN!
I agree.
Anytime a place of worship becomes a criminal breeding ground, it is not safe anymore for the country.
Unfortunately the Chinese may extend this line of reasoning to Tibetan temples.
